Do you feel stuck, either in one area of your life, or several? Are you going through the motions of your day, finding you have the “means” to get along, but no “meaning” behind your actions? So many of us feel this way, and either figure it’s our lot to be unhappy, or find unhealthy means of trying to medicate our sadness or fill the empty space inside. The great news is: the solution is at hand, and the power to realize a personal revolution is within you. We are here to help.

The Wellbeing Program is simple in concept, but also revolutionary in that it is a failsafe way to learn to take responsibility for the content and quality of your life – if you truly put the work in to create and follow the strategic plan we help you set for yourself. There is no doubt this requires the courage, dedication, and persistence that only you can provide; but if you do, the results will be undeniable. Along your journey, you will be provided a personal “wellbeing mentor” to help you stay on track.
When you take responsibility for your life and experience, you step into a place of calm confidence. This does not mean that challenge no longer comes along, but that when it does, you can respond from a centered place that consists of your true beliefs and not from a reactionary position of anger and fear. It also means that you can rest in knowing you are following a path dictated by your deepest selfhood, a “true north” that allows you to live according to the precepts and passions that arise from your own true core (not those imposed from the outside).

The Wellbeing Program encompasses seven key areas of life: physical, mental, social, professional, financial, spiritual, and creative. The emphasis you place on each area is up to you. You will begin by asking yourself the following four questions:

  • Where am I now?
  • Where do I want to be?
  • How do I get there?
  • How is my progress?

We will provide you with evaluation surveys, and offer tools to help you answer the first three questions. The fourth question will be evaluated via ongoing conversation between you and your wellbeing mentor.
